Training

We are running two training sessions on Saturday 21st April:

9:30am - 11:15am

Food Hygiene

11:30am–1:30pm

Infection Control

These certificates need to be updated every 3 years, so please check and if you would like to attend, please contact Hannah to reserve your place on Hannah@carelineagency.co.uk  

Please can you make sure you send copies of any certificates to us in the office if you have completed these courses or any other training outside of Careline. Staff profiles are updated regularly and are sent to units requesting staff, if training is not up to date, this can impact on whether they accept you or not for shifts.

Punctuality

We are very proud of our agency, and the staff who work with us. Please may we remind you that punctuality is part of linkwhat makes Careline one of a kind, and you’re more likely to be asked for again if you are on time. If you are running late, please let us know so that we can inform the service that is expecting you.

Pay Slips

Over the next few months, we will be looking at reducing our paper usage and therefore will be collecting email addresses to enable us to provide you with e-mail payslips - please ensure your email address is up to date. Let’s go greener!

Business Insurance

 It is always useful to have business car insurance when you work in care. If you have business insurance, please make us aware and send us a copy of your insurance policy documents.
