Goodbye Summer!

Summer is coming to an end and the children are going back to school! We hope you’ve all had nice holidays and feel rested and ready to embrace the Autumn weather. If you’re not quite ready just yet, pop the kettle on and enjoy another edition of our newsletter.

 Training

We are running two training sessions on Saturday 15th September:

9:30am – 11:15am

Manual Handling

11:30am – 1:15pm

Infection Control

These certificates need to be updated every 3 years, so please check and if you would like to attend, please contact Hannah to reserve your place on:

If you have already completed these courses, please can you ensure that we have a copy of your certificate. Staff profiles are updated regularly and are sent to services requesting staff, if training is not up to date, this can impact on whether they accept you or not for shifts.

Availability

We still have lots of work to offer! We will call you at the start of every week for your availability the following week. Please can you stay available on these days, or call to inform us if your plans have changed, as we endeavour to find you work on the days you give to us.

Timesheets

It is very important that timesheets are signed and dated by the service that you attend. Please can you check that all copies (yellow, white, green and blue) are all clearly signed and dated before sending them in? We cannot process timesheets without this authorisation.

Introduce a Friend

Don’t forget! We are eager to expand our pool of Careline staff, therefore for every Careline worker you introduce to Careline you will be rewarded with £30 once they have completed their first shift.

 If you would like to refer a friend, please contact us in the office and we can supply you with a letter.

Business Insurance

Do you have business insurance? Please send us a copy of your policy documents – you could potentially be missing out on other work opportunities!
